The University of Catholic Timor-Leste (UCT), also known as the Universidade Católica Timorense, was officially inaugurated on December 8, 2021. Founded by His Eminency Virgílio Cardinal do Carmo da Silva, SDB, Archbishop of Dili, the university represents a fusion of academic excellence and Catholic principles.
