Cancellation Policy

WeHelp.in reserves full rights to cancel, suspend, or delete any Premium listing or advertisement without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• The listing contains illegal, prohibited, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Copyrighted material such as logos, brand images, trademarks, or text is used without permission.
• Business information provided is false, unverifiable, or intentionally inaccurate.
• Listings violate our SEO quality standards, authenticity policies, or advertising guidelines.

WeHelp.in is committed to maintaining a transparent and trustworthy business discovery and local search platform. Therefore, we may take direct action whenever required to uphold content quality and user safety.

Return Policy

WeHelp.in offers digital promotional and listing services only. Since no physical products are sold, a return policy is not applicable.

Refund Policy

If a customer is not satisfied with the Premium Services provided on WeHelp.in, they may request a refund within 7 days of activation.

Refund Review Process

• Day 1–2: Acknowledgment of request and user verification.
• Day 3–5: Evaluation of service usage, listing activity, and eligibility for refund.
• Day 6–7: If approved, refund is processed to the original payment method.

Important Notes

• Refunds are not applicable after 7 days of service activation.
• Processing time may vary based on bank/payment gateway policies.
• No refund will be given for listings removed due to policy violation.
