Dr. Neelesh Tiwari aspired to start a Brain Centre that would offer every brain related treatments to every patient without any discrimination. The dream was incepted after the untimely demise of a patient named Mahesh who could not be saved due to negligence and was not well-confirmed about whether to visit a neurologist / neurosurgeon / psychiatrist. Not only Mahesh, there are thousands of people dying due to improper diagnosis and medications.
